Yu Suzuki (鈴木 祐, 1976 -), the Japan of science writer, editer.

Graduated from Keio University SFC. After graduating, worked as an editor at a publishing company.
He was 5 foot 5 inch tall and weighed over 176 lb, due to his work and unhealthy life. Get acquainted with the popular Paleo diet overseas and begin to study diet and anti-aging.
From 2013, Open a blog “Paleo Man”. The content of the post is mainly about information on health, psychology, and science.
In 2018, he was influenced by Mentalist DaiGo, and opened the pay channel "Paleo Channel" on Niconico.
In recent years, a large amount of information has been evaluated, and he also conducts book writing activities, lectures, and supervises product development.
