大谷地蔵（おおたにじぞう）和歌山県田辺市中万呂の大谷という集落にある、田辺近在二十四ヶ所地蔵尊御詠歌に数えられるお地蔵様の１つ[1]。
祠はその昔、修験者がわざわざ担いでやってきて今の場所に置いたという話があります。
なお大谷地蔵には、「ありがたや 法(のり)の教えに大谷の 薬の草を 求めけり」と刻まれています。
