千葉 明彦（ちば あきひこ、1966年〈昭和41年〉12月17日 - ）は、日本の医師（美容外科・形成外科・乳腺外科）、長崎大学医学部卒。現在、THE CLINIC（ザクリニック）技術指導医[1]。豊胸後のしこり除去、自己脂肪を活用した美容外科手術が専門で、診療の傍、これらに関する論文発表を行なっている。
