コルティカータ亜界 (学名：Corticata）[1]は、キャバリエ＝スミスが提唱したクレード[2]である[3][4][5]。[疑問点]
学名の由来は、「皮層」(Cortex) を持つものである[5]。
概要[編集]
学名の由来にもなっているように、細胞膜の内側に細胞を包むような皮層微小管(Cortex) を持つ場合が多い[1][出典無効]。
キャバリエ＝スミスが提唱したコルティカータのクレードとは、真核生物 (細胞の中に細胞核と呼ばれる細胞小器官を有する生物) の分類で、次の2つのグループの真核生物のスーパーグループを包含すると示唆されている。
キャバリエ＝スミスは近年、ディアフォレティケス (Diaphoretickes) と同様に、リザリアについても包含されているとしている[3][4][5]。
キャバリエ＝スミスのこの提唱は、実際のクレードの分類にそっくり当てはめることが出来るのかは不明である。他の研究者は、コルティカータに該当する分類は多系統群の可能性があると主張している[7]。
