Facility management and Improved Production System（ファシリティ・マネージメント・アンド・インプルーブド・プロダクション・システム、FIPS）は、NECの汎用機ACOS-4上でのジョブ運用管理システム。現在は、FIPS-XE(eXtended Environment)となっている。
UNIX版は、FIPSⅡで汎用機のジョブ管理の考え方をシェルスクリプトで実現している。
