軟骨肉腫(なんこつにくしゅ)は癌を生成する形質転換細胞に由来する細胞で構成される軟骨。[1] 軟骨肉腫として知られている骨および軟部組織の腫瘍のカテゴリーのメンバーです肉腫。骨格系がんの約30％は軟骨肉腫である。[2] それに抵抗力がある化学療法そして放射線療法。主に小児および青年に影響を与える他の原発性骨がんとは異なり、軟骨肉腫はあらゆる年齢で発症する可能性がある。より頻繁に影響します軸骨格より虫垂骨格。[3]

原因[編集]
原因は不明です。患者には病歴がある場合がありますの軟骨腫または骨軟骨腫。少数の二次性軟骨肉腫が発生する患者のマフッチ症候群そしてオリエール病。[4]
不良に関連付けられていますイソクエン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ1および2酵素、またに関連付けられています神経膠腫そして白血病。[5]
