源宗治

源宗治(1319-1345)は14世紀の皇族、貴族である。早田宮真覚の子である。後醍醐天皇の猶子となるが、その後源姓を賜り臣籍降下し、「非参議従三位左中将宗治」あるいは「宮三位中将」とも呼ばれた[1][2][3]。九州で南朝方として軍事活動を行い1345年2月、九州で死去した。
