Redheffer 行列

スクリプトエラー: モジュール「Unsubst」はありません。 Redheffer 行列is a (0,1) matrix（(0,1) matrix） whose entries a_ij are 1 if i divides j or if j = 1; otherwise, a_ij = 0.

この行列のnxnの正方行列の行列式は、Mertens 関数 M(n)となる。
