In 2007, Fundación The Better World / Un Mundo Mejor obtained a permit from the presidential palace of La Paz, the capital of the Republic of Bolivia. On the same year, They received I.C.P.O approval and became an international public interest foundation. At the same time, They held Flood Victim Support Charity Concert The event was successful with the support from cooperation and celebrates. It was featured in newspapers and television.

The Flood Victims Support Charity Concert in 2007 was held by Fundación The Better World / Un Mundo Mejor. Miss Bolivia, Jessica_Jordan, also rushed to support and cooperate in the event. There were many people who participated and supported the event and it also received numerous interviews from multiple newspaper media.
After many successful events in Republic of Bolivia, It relocated to Hollywood, California and Los Angeles. Their focus and activities are eliminating racial discrimination, protecting the environment, developing potential ability and capability, licensing issuance, and establishing the Metaverse University.
