藤田 啓史（ふじた ひろふみ、Hirofumi Fujita）は、日本の医師、医学者。学位は博士（医学）（東京医科歯科大学大学院・2013年）。神経解剖学、特に小脳研究における第一人者。ジョンズ・ホプキンズ大学研究員（リサーチアソシエイト）および東京医科歯科大学大学院医歯学総合研究科非常勤講師[1]。2021年12月27日現在、論文の総被引用回数は577回、h指数は12[2]。

- 2012年 東京医科歯科大学大学院研究奨励賞受賞。
- 2012年 - 2013年 ソーク研究所研究員[4]。
- 2013年 東京医科歯科大学にて博士(医学)を取得。
- 2013年 日本学術振興会特別研究生 (PD1)に採用。
