伊東彦三郎長門守藤原祐常、伊東 祐常（いとう すけつね）は、室町時代の武士。

生濃州、仕土岐大膳大夫頼康、同兵庫頭頼忠。長門守に任ぜられる。
應永七庚辰（1400）年卒。
家督は子・祐信が継いだ。
